The following is a collection of articles, essays and reviews published 30 years ago and revised in 1992 by Dr John Chester, a retired orthopedic surgeon and Feldenkrais practitioner. They have been assembled to provide an historical overview and annotation of the Feldenkrais method, to help in its understanding and promote continuing research.
