The Quaran-Tin Workout was created by Gaby Pimentel, a musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in London. She has spent the majority of her career working in elite sport and now works in private sports medicine.
When the coronavirus struck, Gaby went into isolation and began doing video workouts with her grandparents every day. She realised that many elderly would be face with a similar situation, 12 weeks isolated indoors, and decided to share the workouts on YouTube. The Quaran-Tin workout has grown so much, Gaby is bringing out this eBook in order to make the workouts even more accessible.
