Customer Reviews
Good read, Great Laughs, Helpful Tips
A delightfully crude book based on longtime fan-favourite Forrest Griffin’s journey to becoming an eventual light-heavyweight champion in the UFC, plus a number of hilarious stories and life lessons that are learnt along the way. Also, a very entertaining portion of the book includes visual tips on things like basic fighting knowledge and self defence techniques. Worth the read for anyone wanting a hilarious and brutally honest look inside the journey that fighters go through on their way way to the UFC, along with a few odd yet valuable life tips from Forrest himself
Very amusing read
I really liked this book. Forrest does a great job explaining the in's and out's of fighting while keeping anyone amused with his different type of humor. Two words, "Asian Dart." You have to read it to find out.
