This book takes you on the many feels of motherhood. The author reminds you that you are not alone nor are you losing it while you learn to navigate the chapters of motherhood. The author does an amazing job of coming along side you, encouraging you, lifting you up and making you feel confident that you will survive this journey.
If you are wanting children, expecting a child(s) or have children no matter the age, you will relate to many, if not all parts of this book.
If you don’t have children, the author explains how you can support the woman in your life that do. If you do have children she reminds you that it’s ok to put up boundaries with your children and not feel guilt from those around you.
I will definitely recommend this books to every mama in my life. Grab a tea or a coffee, a quiet moment and read away..... even if it’s a glass of wine while sitting on the toilet in your own time out so you gather your sanity before taking on the next hurdle of the day.
