I am an avid reader. Have never really read much about the theory or impact of the concept of "Gracefulness" as it may or does apply to the workplace. I must confess this is a very interesting approach to working with people and solving problems. I really enjoyed this book. I would highly recommend reading this book. Great job Seth.
