DARE COUNTY | Several Dare County Schools physical education teachers have been awarded $500 mini grants to continue the work started by the Childhood Obesity Prevention Program through the Dare County Department of Public Health. Schools receiving the grants are Manteo, Kitty Hawk and Cape Hatteras elementary schools; Manteo and First Flight middle schools; and Cape Hatteras Secondary School.
