Greg Arious and the Lexicons

The town of Prosaic was a dull, boring place. That was until a group of aliens, led by Greg Arious, arrived with a special gift.


'Greg Arious and the Lexicons' has been designed to help teachers introduce the concept of synonyms and to demonstrate the use of a thesaurus to Key Stage 2 (age 7+) children.


Children love this entertaining story that shows how the Lexicons' gift of words transformed Prosaic into a wonderful, interesting place to live.


It can also be used as a focus when looking at lots of other topics including different types of words (nouns, verbs, adjectives), antonyms (opposites), dialogue words and onomatopoeia.
