About The Author

Sannita is a post-graduate in English literature besides having a degree in education. She began her professional life as an English Lecturer. Soon she made a transition in her career and in 2001, she began her corporte career with Hero Moto Corp Ltd. A large part of her career which spans around 10 years, she has managed customer service and corporate trainings at companies such as American Express, ATECH and Idea Cellular Limited. Five years ago, she moved to the publishing industry where she was involved in conceptualising and editing management, fiction, non-fiction books. She is currently an Assistant Editor with an HR magazine, wherein she addresses employee issues and latest trends in the HR industry. Being in training and HR she has a deep understanding of what is expected from new hires.
