Gundaga Island

It is summertime again, and the nine cousins are looking forward to spending their annual two weeks vacation with their grandmother Lizie who lives on the coast at a place called Gundaga.

Barnabus Winkle, an old sea captain and good friend to Lizie, gives the children an old rowboat to do up, which proves to be very valuable indeed!

Hoping to have some adventures by keeping busy outside, they didn’t think that a local bank robbery would come about to affect their lives.

From Makenzie and Camden finding the secret scrolled message on the beach to the older ones braving a dark, smelly, bat-infested cave on Gundaga Island to find the stolen money.

But with the thieves in hot pursuit, will they accomplish their goals? Will they be harmed in any way? Can they get back to the safety of the mainland in time without getting stranded out on the island?
