Hair Wars

In Hair Wars, Afrodite's jealous step-sister named Stacie blames Afrodite for the death of their father & Afrodite's Afro is the focus of her anger.  Adding fuel to the step-sister's fire is the fact that everyone loves Afrodite's Afro, especially, her Mafiioso father( Afrodite's step father) who learns of Afrodite's hair power when she's a baby so he plots to use her Afro power to run certrain underground crime networks once she comes of age.  All Stacie knows is that her father shows more love and attention to her step sister Afrodite so she grows up hating Afrodite and her Afro which consumes their father's love.  Cutting off or destroying Afrodite's Afro is the only way that Stacie sees how to get her father's love back which she feels that Afrodite holds hostage in her Afro.
