Some parents shouldn't be allowed to name their children. Take for example Billings' business man, Jim Dandy and his wife known as Fine-and Dandy. They named their children Andy Dandy, Brandy Dandy, and Candy Dandy. As Maddy found out, the children had learned how to be bullies. Devil names can be problematic too.
