SUMMARY: The dysfunction temporomandibular are prevalent of the people, the etiologic factor had been multifactor. They can be associated in structural, functional and psychosocial factors. The studies had showed that the 75% of the people had sign and 33% symptom of TTM. The structural factor are very important, like asymmetries of the components the temporomandibular joint. The condilar asymmetric had been studied in different skeletal patters.
