Publisher Description
This is a work of fiction and no claim is made by the author that any events presented within the story are true, however at the same time we are not denying that some of the events could have occurred. The story has three separate parts. One concerns a letter from a WWII OSS agent thought to be dead warning of nuclear bombs planted in American cities. The second part of the novel deals with a nuclear bomb found in a New York City skyscraper. The author is not sure they are two separate stories but they could be. The third story surfaced in the OSS agent's letter when he provided a long lost WWII documents concerning the German Third Reich Central Bank gold reserve.
A great deal of the story deals with a lack of care, custody and control of weapons grade uranium and plutonium, the fact that the U.S. gave thousands of kilograms of these isotopes to some of our European Allies, Israel and to Japan, and that part of the novel is not all fiction for the most part. The subject also comes up within the novel that about six, or was it eight, or was it eleven U.S. fully operational nuclear weapons that have been lost and never recovered, and again that is not all fiction.
That same WWII OSS agent also provided an exact map to the location of the long lost Third Reich Central Bank gold reserve, which involves raising a sunken submarine and digging up a lake in a park south of Munich in present day Germany.
The author wished to thank the lord for the Freedom of Information Act, and for Google’s ability to find the facts the writer needed since his memory is not as good as it used to be.
