I couldn’t read this story fast enough
This book is brilliantly well written. It’s probably too well written for my peace of mind. I couldn’t read this story fast enough. Partly because I was desperate to find out how everything could possibly turn out in the end, but also because the subject matter is dark and uncomfortable to read. As an observer it’s so easy to see that Shiloh’s being gaslighted. But I know full well how hard it is to identify from the inside. This is a powerful story about being stronger than fear, and a reminder that sometimes nothing is quite what it seems.
