Horne's Law

There were a lot of men who wanted Jackson Horne out of the way.



Lou Simmons hated Horne because Lou's daughter shunned her parents to live openly with Horne, who had rescued her from the Arapaho. It didn't matter that it was Lou who had begged Horne to go after her in the first place.



Garcia hated Horne because a long time ago a woman he wanted had given herself to Horne instead. It didn't matter that Garcia had killed her later.



Dan Reinhardt didn't hate Horne at all. But Horne had a nice spread and a corral full of fine horses. And with outlaws like Garcia to do his dirty work for him, everything that was Horne's could be his.



The trouble was, Horne didn't see it that way...
