But the Vision itself he did not ask for. "It came upon me in such a way that I knew I was meant to seek its meaning and purpose. A higher power had clearly chosen me for this Quest. And there was no way out of it, even when I pitted the Vision against my most skeptical and troubling doubts over and over again.
