Robin Burroughs is a poet, writer, and author of the short story “The Drowning.” Born a prairie girl in Saskatchewan, the author was transplanted to big city life in Toronto, Ontario at a young age. Now back in small town life, she is learning to adjust to a slower pace, where a traffic jam means that a flock of geese are crossing the road.

A lover of all sorts of outdoor recreation, she is never short of ways to procrastinate when it comes to getting her butt in a chair and writing. She is looking longingly out the window, even as she crafts this bio.
