Do not waste your money
Very poorly written. Just google Hold with Love sleep training method.
Terribly written
There are contradictions within the same paragraph, do u put the baby down crying or pick them up? Would google the steps vs buying this book.
Not worth the $$$
Sure it’s short and sweet but there are no FAQs or suggestions for if it doesn’t work.
