Actionable strategies

It is no surprise that we have conflict at work - we all have different goals, needs, priorities, capacities, there may be systemic issues. We are going to have situations where we don't agree and it leads to conflict.

We're not always taught how to engage in constructive conflict or repair, but this book provides questions and tactics to help support those of us who struggle with it. It doesn't have to be terrifying or weird to talk about it.

This is a great book with actionable strategies and I love that it takes a positive and strengths based approach. I highly recommend managers and teams take the time to go through some of these questions and understand how to co-create better relationships at work (and elsewhere).
