“My Little Corner of the World” is a collection of essays/podcast featuring the Wit, Wisdom and Philosophy of HP Ames, a 92 year old disabled Veteran. The book is a collection of thoughts and memories designed to stimulate reflection on our daily lives and actions. Initially created as advice and guidance to his grandchildren, “My Little Corner of the World” offers insight to all people in all walks of life and is a gift from one generation to another. In essence it’s remedy for the painful moments in life, and a blueprint as to how to overcome those difficulties with a positive and reflective attitude; a little chicken soup for the mind and soul.
