Months after Lady Catherine's fateful fall, Melissa is excited to start a new chapter at Strangeton University. However, on her first day of college, her plan to have a good year gets turned on its head when she is betrayed by someone close to her. To make matters worse, the Underground is under threat once again, seemingly by one of its own.
