About the Author


CJ Smolinsky is a mother of two grown boys, Sam, 23, and Elijah, 20. She substitutes teaches in pre-k -3rd grade and special education classes in the elementary schools in her hometown of Bradenton, Florida. She has two Yorkies, Putty, 8 years old, and Chewy, 2 years old. She was a stay at home mom for 20 years before substitute teaching and is originally from Long Island, New York. She has five brothers and one sister.
