The police often consult with psychics on high profile cases when they have no other leads. Not that they would admit to it. Real psychics however, are tough to find and not always cooperative, even when offered cash under the table. Now that the department’s best consultant is aging and losing his abilities, perhaps he can recruit a young apprentice to help catch a serial killer.
