He and his wife chose to pursue a life of freedom and to live with the immense changes that brought. This decision would allow his son Quintin to carry the baton of freedom and live with the promise of a new life with greater opportunities for his family. Ciso’s decision so many years prior, inspired his descendants to thrive in a nation that offered liberty and the promise of hope for a better life.
