Ignite's unflinchingly honest poems tell the story of a broken relationship between a man and a woman, healed by a very physical process of self-discovery which is sparked by the woman's recovery of desire. Speaking a language we understand, yet taking us to deeper levels of understanding, the poems use lean language with imagist clarity; individually they startle, and evoke primal recognitions.
