I'm Sorry

Life suddenly hits Maggie Fortune a wallop. First her boyfriend Mark bolts, along with half the furniture in her apartment, then her mother comes to Dublin to console her and announces out of the blue that she has left Maggie’s father. . . to find herself!


Maggie’s life is out of control but her mother seems to have no such trouble. She finds a job, a boyfriend and is even getting a little too close to Maggie’s friends for comfort!


Sally Gillespie never saw it coming wither. She had it all: beauty, brains and plenty of boyfriends. Her motto was ‘treat’em mean and keep ‘em keen’ – until she met Charlie Penhaligan. She thought he might be the one but Charlie broke her heart and now she’s back in Dublin to lick her wounds. She takes up the post of creative director at Deadly Inc, where Maggie works as a copywriter. But Maggie has crossed swords with Sally before and came off badly so she has no intention of letting that happen again.


Maggie’s world is in turmoil and everybody seems to be sorry but who will pick up all the pieces for her?
