What happens when the new class president lets his power go to his head?

Every month, the students in Miss Brady’s class vote to elect a new class president. But after Cooper wins an election by promising everything from extra snacks to daily video game time, things quickly go haywire. He delivers on his campaign promises, but only for some of the students. Soon, there are all kinds of new rules that no one wants. Can the class come together and find a way to agree on the type of leadership they're really looking for?
