Second chance at happiness
What a sweet novella! With the end of the last story in the series, demons, slayers and vampires are coming together to build new communities. This snapshot into the experience of Dragos and Raina is priceless. I really liked how they each had very different roles and experienced significant changes after the war. Looking at life at home and with family amidst work and making new connections/friends was just so … normal! Concepts of embracing the present and opening your heart to new experiences made this a wonderful feel good story for me.
