Great book!
I read this book while traveling in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in November 2013. This turned out to be a great way of "connecting the dots" on many information provided by the various guides on the ground in these countries. One can only fully appreciate the story behind the Vietnam war, and the regional tensions, by gaining an understanding of the conflicts in the centuries before. This book does this in a very captivating way. Well done!
