Life Changing

This book completely changed how I view childbirth. Childbirth is not complicated or scary. It is the most natural thing in the world.

Best. Book. Ever

I started reading this book off the recommendation of a good friend at 4.5 months pregnant. I am now 9 months pregnant and re-reading everything. This has been my mainstay, my mind and heart changer on birth and my go to when others have convinced me that my body cannot handle the pain that is yet to come. When others have laughed at me, others who have had horrible birth experiences, I’ve turned to this book.
