Not willing to pay tour companies to provide a standard tour of the must-see sites, David and Judith Eastburn decided to arrange their own six-week adventure a little off the beaten track. The results were usually unexpected, frequently a little challenging but always full of excitement and nearly always great fun.



Their accommodation varied from desert sand to a royal palace and their journeys did not always turn out as expected.
