At LPA, we believe adding value to college campus environments requires both sensitivity and imagination. We strive to balance the needs of the faculty and students, while maintaining a cohesive campus setting. Having worked with the Chancellor's Office and DSA for more than 20 years, we understand the intricacies of working within their guidelines. In the last six years, LPA has completed more than $400 million in public bid projects, and more than $100 million dollars in construction processed at DSA last year.


We recognize the importance of our role in the design process as the "consensus builder." Critical to this approach is an inherent ability to establish a close working relationship with the client to develop goals, program parameters, building solutions and management strategies for highly collaborative university architecture.
