American Flange ("American") brought suit against International Freight Forwarding ("IFF") for damages resulting from the failure to deliver steel plugs to its Mexican buyer, Compania Mexicana Tri-Sure, S.A. de C.V. ("Tri-Sure"). After a bench trial, the trial court found in favor of American and ordered IFF to pay $20,620.00 in damages. In addition, IFF was ordered to pay attorneys fees and court costs. IFF raises seven issues on appeal from the trial courts judgment. We affirm.
