SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnia should retain its integrity, as any other scenario might be an invitation to prolongation of the present "unfinished peace" in the Western Balkans, the secretary general of the Regional Cooperation Council said. "It seems to me that the key may be in striking a right balance between the essential functions of the state, which would serve the European and the Euro-Atlantic future of the country, and the reasonable decentralization," Hido Biscevic told SeeNews in an emailed interview.
