This is a subject about which, you will notice, there is a mountain of advice. "The Dos and Don'ts of Interviews"; "The Powerful Questions to Ask and the ones to Avoid"; "Interviews: be positive, be articulate, smile, read the body language, establish a rapport....." All sounds great but how do I put it into practice?


I send candidates locally, nationally and all around the world for interviews. I cannot know the style, expertise, attitude, motivation or mood of the interviewer/employer and mindful of all these unanswerables, I have devloped a template which takes a unique approach to interviews. I have tested it on many 1000s of candidates at all levels and from all industries and I have only received positive feedback.
