Irwin v. Elam Construction Inc‪.‬

Plaintiff, Evelyn Irwin, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Elam Construction, Inc. In that judgment, the court ruled that plaintiffs claim was barred by the two-year statute of limitations pertaining to building contractors. Defendant cross-appeals the award of attorney fees to Evelyn Irwin. We reverse and remand with directions.
