Finally! Someone real who makes sense

This is the most mind opening book I've ever read. I have lost a lot of weight but still need more to go. Been plateaued for 5yrs :s. Regaining and losing the same 25 lbs. After reading this book I feel like I risen from the dead! My brain is very active! Can now easily spot confusing crap others put out there on what we "should" be doing to lose. No excuses, we are all responsible for our own lifestyles.
