    Wow!

    Inside Isolation Baking, there are beautiful photos and recipes galore -
    from salads to desserts - to make and savour during (and after) this
    extended time of Staying At Home. The recipes are laid out perfectly, with clear and concise instructions.

    I immediately bookmarked the recipes for leek and potato soup, cauliflower and potato gratin, lemon risotto, lemon chicken pasta with peas, chicken with preserved lemons and olives, gözleme pastries, and mushroom and caramelized onion quiche. They are calling to us... Jamie has also included delicious looking breads, biscuits and scones.

    (I haven't dared to look at the cakes yet.... But we KNOW from her other
    cookbook, "Orange Appeal", that Jamie makes great cakes!)

    Ha!! With all these wonderful choices, we won't realize we're confined!!
