A great diet program. It’s easy to follow and clearly laid out. Being easy to follow makes it simple to stay on track. The simple guidelines are a lot better than just giving you a limited selection of recipes.
What the heck is food anyways ?
Something that we are never really taught as children and are kept confused and ignorant on this topic. It funny that we live in the Information Age and are so damn ignorant about the first basic need of life. Corporations keep us in the dark to make a profit out of us; but we must blame ourselves because somewhere along the way we chose to stay in the dark. This was one of the books that opened up my eyes. Read on!
Such a great read
I started the whole30 then bought this book and have now re-started the program after reading it. Highly recommend reading before doing, there is way more in depth information in the book (yes the sciency stuff" that everyone should know. Great book!
