Encapsulated within this book are our soul-baring emotions, feelings and thoughts during certain situations – Whether it be heartbreak or the hope we found in it, the love we found in people or places or the happiness we found within ourselves when looking for it in others. Every last thing that has ever made an impact on us, that has affected us or we have thought as significant are within the words on the page.
