Jennifer Easterly v. Hsp Texas

Jennifer Easterly and her husband, Dan Easterly, sued Medical Center of Plano (MCP) for the sale of a defective product. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of MCP. In one point of error the Easterlys contend that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because genuine issues of fact exist. We disagree and, affirm the trial courts judgment.
