Jessop's Landing

Ross and Martha Jessop moves into the Northwest Territory and builds a homestead in harsh but beautiful land; Land that took Rosss loving wife but gave him a son, Frank and a daughter, Patience. And Patience it took to raise her. Adopting an orphan cougar, which became her protector for life. The story follows the young girl from birth to marriage with her protector always close by to oversee the family and yet remain free.
