Jock McHale

Jock McHale won two premierships as a player in his 261 games over 16 years at Collingwood, but it is his exceptional record as coach of the Magpies that cemented his place as a Legend in the Australian Football Hall of Fame. Known as the “The Prince of Coaches”, McHale led Collingwood to eight premierships—the first, in 1917 as playing coach—during his 37-year reign at the helm.
