Kazumi Arakida Gallery

Kazumi Arakida mainly makes activities as a painter and serves as a reed pen sketch class lecturer in the Kansai region (the west side area of Japan).

His drawings have got many awards in all over the world.


This is an app about him and his art.


There are 34 of water color paintings, and 30 of oil paintings in the app.

All of his drawings were created on the theme of life.

He often draws self-portrait, nudes, including landscape of his hometown Hyogo Prefecture and places that he has been to.


He started using reed pens to draw pictures since 20 years ago.

The way he use a reed pen is completely different from others do.

He still tries to find the best way to use it all the time.
