Keeping Harmony is a full-length enemies-to-lovers forbidden romance that is intended for mature readers. This is book three in the Denver Series and should be read after Beautifully Broken. KEEPING HARMONY is the third instalment in Eve L Mitchell’s contemporary, adult DENVER dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is twenty-six year old Cameron Sabino, and twenty year old Harmony Sabino’s story line. KEEPING HARMONY can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion I recommend reading the series in order as several characters cross over from the previous instalments.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Cameron and Harmony) KEEPING HARMONY follows in the aftermath of an attack against Harmony Sabino, an attack that resulted in the murder of someone else. As payment for a debt owed, Harmony becomes a pawn in a potential war between two powerful underworld families, a pawn whose life is to be forfeited one way or another. Enter Harmony’s step-cousin Cameron Sabino, and the man with whom Harmony will fall in love. What ensues is the enemies to friends to lovers relationship between Harmony and Cameron, and the fall-out as our couple discover the extent of how dysfunctional one family can be.
Cameron Sabino was adopted and raised by the Sabino family from his early teens but has always lusted after his ‘cousin’ for as long as he can remember. Harmony Sabino is considered to be a spoiled underworld princess but a princess who is about to become fodder in a much larger game of power and control. On the run together, Cameron must first insure Harmony’s safety as he places himself in the direct line of fire.
The relationship between Harmony and Cameron is an enemies to lovers relationship in which Cameron battles between head and heart knowing to protect Harmony means to go against the family to which he belongs but the heart wants something more, and Cameron is about to pay the price for the woman he loves. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and intense with some scenes of light spanking.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and dynamic secondary and supporting characters including the return of several members of the Sabino family, Louis Neroni, Aidan Ashford (Her Greatest Mistake 1), Raphe Lastra and his significant other Devon (Beautifully Broken 2). The requisite evil has many faces.
KEEPING HARMONY is a story of dysfunctional family values, power and control, death and destruction, acceptance and love. The premise is gritty and dark; the characters are captivating and powerful; the romance is seductive and erotic. KEEPING HARMONY ends on a bit of a cliff hanger-you have been warned.
