Your knowledge source as beginner for Keto diet
This a very concise book that gives you almost all required information about Ketogenic diet. It’s well written in a fairly understandable language for a lay person. The author takes your hand from being a novice person to sit you in the intermediate level of knowledge about Ketogentic diet. It will tell you what you should do before start, during the diet, and once you achieved ketosis. after reading this book you would be able to set your plan and go happily in the weight losing journey.
Although this is so strightforword and beneficial book, it only gives you the general rules without indulging you in a forest of information about food plans. This is what I liked about it as there are several resources to get that. However, I still think the author should add a one or two weeks food plans to make it a fair resource for the beginners.
Finally, I really enjoyed reading this book as result of the its simplicity and using a lay language. I would thank the author and apple book for making it a free source of knowledge about Keto diet especially for someone know who doesn’t know which book he/she start to read in this topic.
