When the happy couple finally locates a home, Cindy is less than thrilled to discover that the listing agent is Hillary Ryder, a condescending snob who once dated her husband. For her daughter's sake, she tries to cooperate and get the sale over with as soon as possible. But when Cindy finds Hillary's lifeless body in the house, she realizes that her troubles are only just beginning.
