Kjerag is a Norwegian mountain, located in Lysefjorden. It’s 1110m above seelevel, and famous for it’s “Kjeragbolt” - a huge bolt of stone plugged between two rockfaces. Besides this, Kjerag is famous among Basejumpers, because the plateau at the top, has an almost straight drop of almost 1000m. A lot of people, from all over the world “dives off” from the plateau, and the almost 1000meters to the ground. The trek offers fantastic views over the surrounding mountains.
