Resumen Contexto: La reciente aprobacion por parte de la Administracion de Drogas y Alimentos de Estados Unidos de la venta sin receta del medicamento Plan B, un metodo de anticoncepcion de emergencia para personas de 18 anos o mas, confiere un rol prominente a los/las farmaceuticos en proveer acceso a tiempo a la anticoncepcion de emergencia. Esta decision tambien incluye a Puerto Rico, sin embargo, hasta la fecha no se habia realizado ningun estudio sobre la venta sin receta de la anticoncepcion de emergencia en Puerto Rico.
