ANDERSON, Circuit Judge. Charles Koch (Koch or plaintiff herein), plaintiff in this diversity product liability action governed by Kansas law, appeals the district court's orders granting summary judgment to defendants Shell Oil Company and Feed Specialties, Inc., and denying plaintiff's motion to alter or amend the judgment entered in favor of Shell Oil Co. The district court entered judgment for defendants after determining that plaintiff's claims were barred by the ten-year statute of repose contained in Kan. Stat. Ann. 60-513.
